Prime Minister Congratulates Bangladesh Cricket Team

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has congratulated the Bangladesh cricket team for winning a historic, first-ever home Test series against Pakistan.
The Tigers secured a 78-run victory over Pakistan in the second Test match held in Sylhet today, Wednesday.
Earlier, Bangladesh won the first Test in Mirpur by 104 runs. With this dominant performance, the Bangladesh cricket team clinched the series 2-0, securing a complete whitewash against Pakistan. Following this victory, Bangladesh has overtaken India to claim the fifth position in the World Test Championship points table.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman expressed his belief that Bangladesh's success in international cricket will continue, and that this achievement will further inspire the younger generation toward sports.
The Prime Minister expressed hope that by maintaining team unity, discipline, and confidence, the Bangladesh cricket team will make even greater strides on the world stage in the future. He extended his heartfelt congratulations and thanks to the players, coaching staff, and everyone associated with the team.
