PM heads to China after Malaysia visit

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman departed for Dalian, China, on Monday, concluding a two-day official visit to Malaysia. He left Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 5:00 PM local time aboard a special Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight, according to his Additional Press Secretary, Atikur Rahman Rumon.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to spend two busy days in Dalian, where he will attend the annual conference of the World Economic Forum. Following that, he will travel to Beijing, the Chinese capital, where the main events of his state visit to China will commence.
At the exclusive VIP terminal of the Bunga Raya Complex at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia's Minister of Religious Affairs, Zulkifli Hasan, saw off the Bangladeshi Prime Minister. Bangladesh's High Commissioner to Malaysia, Manjurul Karim, and Deputy High Commissioner, Shahanara Malika, were also present.
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman had arrived in Malaysia on Sunday for the two-day visit prior to his departure for China.
