Thunderstorm Expected in Dhaka Today

The weather office has forecast rain accompanied by thunderstorms in the capital, Dhaka, and nearby areas today. The information was provided in a weather bulletin issued for the next six hours starting from 7:00 AM on Sunday.
According to the Meteorological Department, the sky over Dhaka may remain partly cloudy to temporarily cloudy throughout the day. Rain or thunderstorms are likely to occur.
The forecast also stated that winds may blow from the south or southeast at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour. Daytime temperatures are expected to remain unchanged.
At 6:00 AM on Sunday, the temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 25.4 degrees Celsius, with humidity at 96 percent. The highest temperature recorded yesterday was 35.2 degrees Celsius, while today’s minimum temperature stood at 25.2 degrees Celsius.
