Gusty Winds of Up to 60 km/h Likely Over Three Regions

The meteorological office has forecast that three regions of the country may experience storms with wind speeds of up to 60 kilometers per hour. This information was provided in the weather forecast for the country's inland river ports valid from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
The forecast states that temporary gusty or stormy winds accompanied by rain or thunderstorms, originating from the west or northwest at speeds of 45 to 60 km/h, may occur over the regions of Noakhali, Chattogram, and Cox's Bazar. River ports in these areas have been advised to display warning signal number one.
Earlier, in the 120-hour forecast issued on Saturday, it was said that during the 24 hours from 9:00 AM Sunday, parts of Chattogram and Sylhet divisions, and one or two places in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, and Barishal divisions may experience temporary gusty or stormy winds with lightning and light to moderate rain or thundershowers. Additionally, parts of Chattogram and Sylhet divisions may experience moderate heavy to heavy rainfall.
The forecast also mentioned that day and night temperatures across the country are likely to remain nearly unchanged today.
