Posing for photographers or taking selfies with fans is routine for celebrities on the red carpet. But Bollywood and South Indian cinema actress Nikita Rawal probably never imagined she would have to face such an unpleasant and unexpected experience while taking a selfie!
A female fan approached her under the pretext of taking a photo and suddenly kissed her on the lips! The actress and everyone present were left stunned in that moment.
The incident occurred at a grand social event held last Saturday. The video of the incident has since gone viral on social media, prompting strong outrage and dissatisfaction from netizens.
In the viral video, Nikita is seen smiling and posing for photographers on the red carpet. At that moment, a female fan approached her and asked for a selfie. The actress happily agreed and stood beside her to fulfill the fan's request.
Immediately after the photo was taken, the woman suddenly kissed Nikita on the cheek and, in an instant, pulled her in and kissed her directly on the lips! Nikita was visibly shocked by the incident.
She tried to stop the woman by putting her hand over her own mouth and attempted to push her away. Despite that, the fan did not stop; instead, she forcibly hugged Nikita and continued kissing her repeatedly.
Nikita, clearly feeling extremely uncomfortable, tried to move away from the situation. Eventually, the woman gave her one last kiss on the cheek and walked away.
Mumbai-born Nikita Rawal is known for her work in Hindi and South Indian films. She worked in the acclaimed movie Black and White alongside Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah. Additionally, she has been seen in several other films such as Garam Masala, Mr. Hot Mr. Cool, Amma Ki Boli, and Qute Kamina.
Besides acting, Nikita has also been engaged in social development works. She has worked on a government awareness project aimed at making India drug-free.
Very soon, her new film Roti Kapda Aur Romance, alongside Arshad Warsi and Chunky Pandey, is set to be released.
