Actress Shehnaaz Gill suddenly faced an accident while shooting for a film. While running during the shoot, the nose ring she was wearing went straight into her mouth.
It is believed that she swallowed the nose ring. She recently shared a video of the accident herself on social media.
The video shows Shehnaaz running on the set according to the scene. Suddenly, her nose ring came loose and went into her mouth, causing her to cough intensely.
Seeing the situation worsen, co actor Saurabh Sachdeva came forward and tried to handle the situation by patting Shehnaaz on the back.
Sharing the video, Shehnaaz wrote in the caption, ‘Let me tell you the story behind the video... Many of you had requested that I post the moment when my nose ring came off, so I shared it.’
As the video went viral, fans and well-wishers expressed their concern in the comment section. One fan wrote, ‘Your dedication to your work is admirable! But please take care of yourself, you are very precious to us.’ Another commented, ‘Take care of yourself, Shehnaaz. Thank God nothing major happened!’
It is learned that the accident occurred on the set of her new Punjabi film ‘Ishqnama’. Directed by Arvindr Khaira, the period drama tells the love story of a young man and woman from India and Pakistan. Shehnaaz is starring opposite Jay Randhawa in the lead role.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz Gill’s new romantic comedy film ‘Singh Versus Kaur 2’ is set to be released in theaters worldwide on September 11, 2026. The sequel to the 2013 blockbuster film will feature the actress opposite Gippy Grewal.
