Actress Tasnuva Tisha involved in road accident

Popular actress Tasnuva Tisha was involved in a serious road accident while returning to Dhaka from Sreemangal. The incident occurred as she was returning to Dhaka after completing a drama shoot. The actress went live on her Facebook account around midnight on Sunday and informed her followers that she had been involved in an accident.

Tasnuva Tisha said that after completing the filming of a project in Sreemangal she and members of her team left for Dhaka in a private car.

On the way after crossing the Bhairab Bridge and toll plaza a reckless and speeding pickup van crashed into their car at a turn. The front portion of their vehicle was severely damaged in the collision. Immediately after the incident the pickup fled the scene with its driver.

However, they escaped the serious accident without suffering any major injuries.

Immediately after the incident the pickup driver tried to flee. The driver of Tisha’s car chased the pickup on a motorcycle and managed to stop it some distance away. However the pickup driver took the keys and fled leaving the vehicle behind. After receiving the information, a team of highway police quickly arrived at the scene and began overseeing the situation.

Describing her experience of the accident during the Facebook Live Tisha said, “The impact was quite severe. But by the grace of Allah I, my photographer and assistant and everyone else in the car miraculously escaped a major danger.”
