Rumi, after announcing he has left country, says— 'You Take Care'

Shahjalal Rumi, the father of the abused child, left Bangladesh at an unspecified time.
Shahjalal Rumi, the father of the child who was sexually abused at a madrasa in Tongi, has reportedly left the country.
Rumi himself provided this information to Agamir Somoy in a text message around 8 pm on Monday. He said, "I am no longer in this country. I am not thinking about these things anymore. Whatever happens, let it happen. Take care."
He did not say anything in the text message about which country he is in.
In that message, raising allegations against the principal of Qariul Quran International Cadet Madrasa, he said, "Even though he is a cleric, he has told many lies and is still keep on telling."
Earlier, on October 21, allegations were raised that a 7-year-old child student was sexually abused at Qariul Quran International Cadet Madrasa in the Auchpara area of Tongi.
Following the molestation, the child's father, Shahjalal Rumi, beat up the madrasa teacher, Md. Moslem Uddin.
Subsequently, the accused teacher was handed over to the police. When a video of the incident spread on social media, it sparked widespread discussion and criticism across the country.
Immediately after the incident, Shahjalal Rumi filed a case alleging sexual abuse at Tongi West Police Station as the plaintiff.
After that, a counter-case was filed on behalf of the madrasa principal, in which the victim child's father was named as an accused in various offenses, including the theft of 1.7 million taka.
It was mainly after this counter-case was filed that Shahjalal Rumi went into hiding. And, on Monday (Oct 26), he provided the information about leaving the country.
