Teesta Express hook failure halts Dhaka-Mymensingh trains

Teesta Express train lost two of its compartments when they detached from the connecting hook in Mymensingh, halting train movement on the Dhaka-Mymensingh railway line for 30 minutes.
Mymensingh Railway Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Akhtar Hossain confirmed the incident on Tuesday. The incident occurred in the area between Kaoraid and Moshakhali railway stations. Later, around 10:45 am, after repairing the connecting hook between the two compartments, the train departed for its designated destination.
OC Akhtar said train operations on the Dhaka-Mymensingh railway line are normal.
