BSF shot farmer in Feni border

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) shot and injured a farmer while working in a field along the Chhagalnaiya border in Feni around 4 pm on Friday.
Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) Police Outpost Sub-Inspector (SI) Nurul Alam Ashek confirmed the matter. The farmer has been identified as Md Mosharraf, 45.
SI Ashek said although doctors have successfully extracted several bullet fragments from his body, some bullet fragments still remain inside his body.
Chhagalnaiya Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abu Taher told Agamir Somoy, “Legal action will be taken later after contacting Mosharraf.”
