Pharma Aids increases dividend to 35 percent

The board of directors of listed company Pharma Aids has declared a 35 percent cash dividend for shareholders for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The company paid a 30 percent cash dividend in the previous fiscal year. This means the dividend rate has increased by five percentage points this year.

The information was disclosed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 28.05 in the 2025-26 fiscal year, compared to Tk 20.45 in the previous fiscal year.

Meanwhile, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 163.31 as of June 30, compared to Tk 138.58 in the previous year.

The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on December 15 to seek shareholders’ approval for the declared dividend and other agenda items.

November 25 has been set as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.
