The boards of directors of four listed companies on the stock market have declared dividends for their shareholders for the 2025–26 financial year. The companies are GQ Ball Pen, Olympic Industries, Simtex Industries, and Dorin Power Generation. Among them, Olympic Industries will pay the highest cash dividend of 35 percent. Meanwhile, GQ Ball Pen declared a 12.50 percent cash dividend, Simtex Industries declared 11 percent for general shareholders, and Dorin Power declared 15 percent for general shareholders.

This information was revealed through Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.

According to the disclosed information, Olympic Industries reported an earnings per share (EPS) of Tk10 for the 2025–26 financial year. As of June 30, the company's net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 69.35. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the declared dividend and other matters will be held on November 30, with the record date set for November 4.

GQ Ball Pen reported an earnings per share of Tk 0.12 for the 2025–26 financial year. As of June 30, its NAV per share was Tk 143.60. The company's AGM to approve the dividend and other agenda items will take place on November 30, with November 4 fixed as the record date.

Simtex Industries declared an 11 percent cash dividend for general shareholders and 7 percent for sponsors and directors. The company earned an EPS of Tk1.25, while its NAV per share as of June 30 stood at Tk22.72. Its AGM will be held on December 17, and the record date has been scheduled for November 5.

On the other hand, Dorin Power declared a 15 percent cash dividend for general shareholders. For the 2025–26 financial year, the company recorded an EPS of Tk5.03 and an NAV per share of Tk57.12 as of June 30. The company's AGM will be held on December 24, with the record date set for November 12.
