Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel PLC, an engineering sector company listed on the stock market, has appointed Nahee Geo Textile Industries Limited as a corporate director on its board. Md. Delwar Hossain will represent the company on the board.
Nahee Geo Textile holds 4,984,595 shares in Nahee Aluminum, representing 7.29 percent of the company’s total paid up capital.
The information was published on the websites of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on Sunday.
The company said Nahee Geo Textile Industries Limited had been appointed as a corporate director in accordance with a decision by its board of directors.
According to information published through the DSE and CSE, Nahee Geo Textile holds 4,984,595 shares, equivalent to 7.29 percent of the company’s total paid up capital. The company will be represented on the board by its representative, Md. Delwar Hossain.
Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel was listed on the stock market in 2017. The company belongs to the ‘B’ category and has a paid up capital of Tk 683.6 million. Accordingly, it has 58,360,160 shares.
As of September 30, 2026, the company’s sponsor directors held 32.29 percent of its shares, institutional investors held 24.31 percent, and general investors held 43.40 percent.
