LPG Prices Decrease

The new price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has been set at the consumer level. The price of a 12 kg cylinder has been reduced from Tk 1,885 to Tk1,528.
The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced the new rates today, Thursday. The new prices will take effect from this evening.
Additionally, the price of autogas has been reduced from Tk 86.93 to Tk70.40 per liter.
Previously on June 2, BERC had reduced the price of a 12 kg LPG cylinder from Tk 1,940 to Tk1,885. Furthermore, the price of autogas used in vehicles was slashed from Tk89.50 to Tk86.93 per liter.
