Shahriar Nafeez wins to watch national team football match abroad

With the initiative of Nagad, a campaign winners grant event was organised in a city hotel on Sunday.

Shahriar Nafeez, a student of Gangni of Meherpur’s Gangni, has won the opportunity to watch a Bangladesh national football team match live at a stadium abroad. He secured this mega prize by participating in Nagad’s special football campaign titled “Quiz-e Recharge-e Khela Hobe Nagad-e”.
The award was officially presented to mega winner Shahriar Nafeez and nine other campaign winners at a grand event organised at a five-star hotel in Dhaka. Bangladesh national football team captain Jamal Bhuyan was present at the event and handed over the grand prize to the winner. Shahriar Nafeez will watch the national team’s upcoming away match live at the stadium alongside captain Jamal Bhuyan.
Nagad Administrator Md. Motasem Billah, Senior Associate Administrator Syed Himyanuddin Ahmed, Associate Administrator Anwar Ullah, Chief Commercial Officer Shahin Sarwar Bhuiyan, Chief Financial Officer Afzal Ahmed, and Head of Marketing HUM Mehedi Sajjad, among other senior officials, were present at the event.
Alongside the mega prize, a PlayStation 5 (PS5) video game console was presented to Shahin Alam from Muktagachha, Mymensingh, a winner of the recharge campaign. Earlier, two other winners had received PS5 consoles under the same campaign.
Besides, “Nagad Gift Boxes” were presented to the other winners of the quiz campaign. The quiz winners are Karib Ur Rahman from Dhaka, private job holder Md. Amjad Ali Riyad from Chattogram, student Md. Yasaruzzaman Mitul from Maulvibazar, engineer Md. Mokhlesur Rahman from Mohammadpur, Operations Officer of Biman Bangladesh Md. Tuhin Reza, homemaker Oishi Moni from Dhaka, Mahbub Sadiq from Maulvibazar, and Dhaka University student Md. Mizanur Rahman.
Expressing his excitement, mega prize winner Shahriar Nafeez said, “Watching my beloved national team play live on foreign soil is like a dream come true for me! Receiving this award directly from captain Jamal Bhuyan is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. Sincere thanks to Nagad for creating such an incredible opportunity to fulfill the dreams of football lovers like me.”
Reflecting customer appreciation, Nagad Administrator Md. Motasem Billah said, “Nagad always prioritises customer satisfaction and preferences. Nagad launched this campaign, combining interactive quizzes and mobile recharge, to spread football enthusiasm and drive digital transaction adoption. As with previous initiatives, the campaign received an overwhelming response from users nationwide.
