Midland Bank holds 200th executive committee meeting

The 200th meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Midland Bank PLC was held on October 15 under the chairmanship of Executive Committee Chairman Rezaul Karim.
The meeting was attended by Master Abul Kashem, a sponsor director of the bank and a member of the Executive Committee. Also present were Imtiaz U. Ahmed, managing director and chief executive officer of the bank; Md. Zahid Hossain, deputy managing director and chief risk officer; and Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, deputy managing director and chief technology officer.
The meeting discussed several important strategic and operational issues concerning the bank. Emphasis was placed on improving the bank’s overall operations, ensuring good governance and achieving sustainable business growth.
