PM Drives Through Dhaka to Inspect Post-Qurbani Waste Removal

The Prime Minister inspected post-Eid-ul-Azha waste removal operations across Dhaka on Friday, with Deputy Press Secretary Zahidul Islam Rony saying he personally drove through the city to review road conditions and cleaning activities.
The Deputy Press Secretary said the Prime Minister went out to assess whether the city’s Qurbani waste removal process was progressing properly and monitored the situation by driving through several key routes in Dhaka.
The Prime Minister’s vehicle departed from her residence on Gulshan Avenue and passed through Gulshan-1 intersection, Hatirjheel, Rampura Road, and Malibagh via Abul Hotel before moving toward Taltola Market and Basabo.
It then passed Kamalapur Stadium, Sayedabad Bus Terminal, Jatrabari intersection, and Dholai Khal, continuing through Shahid Faruk Road, Dayaganj Road, Narinda, and Ray Saheb Bazar intersection. The vehicle proceeded via Court Road, Nayabazar, and Bangshal Road to Gulistan, Shahbagh, Elephant Road, and inside the Dhaka University area before reaching New Market and Science Laboratory.
The convoy then turned toward Kalabagan, Mirpur Road, City College area, Shimanto Square, Jigatola Bus Stand, Dhanmondi Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi-27, and Manik Mia Avenue, before continuing through Panthapath, Farmgate, and Bijoy Sarani. The Prime Minister is also expected to observe conditions along the Mohakhali road corridor.
