Four more children die with measles symptoms

Four children died with measles symptoms across the country in the past 24 hours, from 8 pm Thursday to 8 am Friday. The Directorate General of Health Services control room said this in a press release sent on Friday.
According to the press release, 972 patients with measles symptoms were identified in the past 24 hours, while the total number of measles patients from March 15 to August 14 stood at 141,048.
Of them, 187 were confirmed measles cases. The number of confirmed measles cases from March 15 to August 14 stood at 17,730.
From March 15 to August 14, a total of 122,974 patients with measles symptoms were admitted to hospitals. During the same period, 118,540 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals.
