PM checks on injured July Uprising victim Mitu

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman checked on the physical condition of Mitu, who was injured during the July Uprising. He asked about her treatment progress and praised her bravery.
The Prime Minister’s Press Wing said the incident took place on Wednesday during the inauguration ceremony of the July Uprising Memorial Museum in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital, held to mark July Uprising Day.
Mitu, who is still undergoing treatment, joined the event directly from the hospital. During the event, the Prime Minister called her over and spoke with her. He asked about her physical condition and treatment progress, while also paying tribute to her sacrifice and bravery.
Earlier, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman formally inaugurated the July Uprising Memorial Museum. He later attended a discussion titled ‘July 36.’
The Press Wing said Mitu was among the invited guests at the event. She is still undergoing treatment after being injured during the July Uprising. Despite her physical condition, she joined the event directly from the hospital. Her meeting with the Prime Minister drew the attention of guests attending the event.
