Rain likely in Dhaka, heavy showers in 3 divisions

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) said rain is likely to occur in Dhaka and rain or thundershowers may also occur in various parts of the country.
According to the weather forecast for the six-hour period starting from 7 am on Monday, the sky over Dhaka may remain partly cloudy. Light rain or thundershowers are and winds are expected to blow from the south or southwest at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour. The daytime temperature is expected to remain mostly unchanged.
At 6 am, the temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, with 87 percent humidity.
The regular nationwide bulletin issued on Sunday said by 6 pm on Monday, light to moderate rain or thundershowers with temporary gusty winds may occur in many places within the Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions, and in some places within the Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram divisions.
Moreover, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in certain areas of the Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions. Both day and night temperatures across the country are expected to remain mostly unchanged.
