Suspended HSC exams under Chattogram board to resume on July 27

The Ministry of Education has announced an important decision regarding the revised schedule for this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate, or HSC, examinations that were suspended under the Chattogram Education Board due to severe weather and other reasons.
The examinations that were previously scheduled will resume on July 27. The dates for the suspended examinations will be announced soon.
Education Minister Ehsanul Hoque Milon confirmed the information on Thursday.
The education minister said, “The regular examinations under the Chattogram Education Board will begin on July 27. The dates for the suspended examinations will be announced later.”
Earlier, on July 16, all remaining 2026 HSC and equivalent examinations under the Chattogram Education Board were suspended until further notice.
At the same time, the remaining examinations for the Alim program under the Madrasah Education Board and the HSC BMT, HSC Vocational, and Diploma in Commerce programs under the Technical Education Board also remain suspended.
