The Bangladesh Inter Education Board Coordination Committee has made a new decision regarding the publication of the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examination results. The board said it may take until July 27 or 28 to complete the technical preparations for publishing the results, which will be announced at the time set by the government.

Professor Syed Akhtaruzzaman, president of the Bangladesh Inter Education Board Coordination Committee and chairman of the Dhaka Education Board, shared the information with the media on Wednesday.

He said, “It will take us until July 27 or 28 to complete the preparations. After that, the results will be published whenever the government sets the date.”

Tabulation, verification, and other technical work required for publishing the results are in the final stage. After these activities are completed, the date for publishing the results will be set subject to approval from the Ministry of Education.

A total of 1,857,344 candidates were registered under the country’s 11 education boards for this year’s SSC and equivalent examinations. Of them, 930,305 were male students and 927,039 were female students. During the examinations, a total of 208 candidates were expelled for using unfair means or alleged cheating.

As in previous years, students will be able to access their results on the day of publication through their respective education board websites, their educational institutions, and SMS.
