Education Minister inspects printing presses late at night

Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr. A.N.M Ehsanul Milon inspected six printing presses in the capital after midnight to assess the quality of textbooks being printed for the new academic year. He visited the presses after 12 am on Monday night.
Senior Information Officer of the Ministry of Education Shibli Sadiq confirmed the matter.
The printing presses inspected were Mousumi Offset Press, Faiza Printing Press, Shaili Printers, Barnashikha Offset Printers, Sonali Web Printers and National Printers.
Shibli Sadiq said that during the inspection, the minister observed the actual situation of textbook printing on site and spoke with the people concerned. At the time, the education minister reviewed the quality of the books and the overall progress of the printing work.
He also stressed maintaining the prescribed standards in the printing process to ensure that quality textbooks reach students on time. He also gave the concerned parties necessary instructions to ensure quality in textbook printing.
