Home Minister Salauddin Ahmed has said the highest level of
corruption had taken place during the tenure of the previous interim
government.

He made this remark today (Sunday) during the budget session in the National Parliament. The Home Minister stated, "I am calling on the Prime Minister to instruct the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to investigate the horrific corruption that occurred inside the State Guest House of Jamuna  during the 18 months of the previous interim government."

He also mentioned that the people of the country will be able to see the positive impact of the budget within the next six months.
