Renowned painter Mustafa Monwar is undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital in the capital. He was admitted to the hospital on June 14 after his physical condition deteriorated.
Today (Wednesday), a post circulated on social media regarding the need for blood for Mustafa Monwar.
Regarding the matter, his wife, Mary Monwar, told Agamir Somoy that Mustafa Monwar has been suffering from various physical complications for a long time. He is currently under the close observation of doctors in the ICU.
Referring to the many people who responded to the call for blood donation and contacted them, Mary Monwar said, "The required blood has already been collected and administered. There is no further need for blood at the moment. I am asking everyone to pray for his speedy recovery."
