Rashed Khan Claims Hannan Masud’s Tk 30m Deal ‘100% True’

BNP leader Rashed Khan has again presented what he described as ‘evidence’ behind allegations against NCP leader and Member of Parliament Hannan Masud, saying, “The information about Hannan Masud’s Tk 30 million deal is 100% true. Rashed Khan never does anything half-baked.”
In a social media post, Rashed Khan claimed that the information regarding a Tk 30 million ‘deal’ involving Hannan Masud is ‘fully true’. He cited Abdul Ghaffar Jisan’s statements in support of his claim and also referred to a video.
In an earlier post, Rashed Khan alleged that Hannan Masud became the most involved in corruption among coordinators after the mass uprising. He claimed that during that period, Hannan Masud held multiple meetings with leaders of the Awami League and that one meeting included discussions about financial transactions in exchange for helping a former Member of Parliament leave the country.
Rashed Khan further claimed that Abdul Ghaffar Jisan is an eyewitness to these incidents. According to him, Jisan worked closely with Hannan Masud during and after the mass uprising, handling security and other responsibilities.
In another allegation, Rashed Khan claimed that due to political rivalry with former Noakhali lawmaker Mohammad Ali, Hannan Masud took a position against him and played a role in his arrest.
